Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Agreement") are an agreement between HEROCLOUDS LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), and you ("User", "you", or "your"). This agreement sets in place the terms and conditions for the use of any products and services set forth by us. Please read carefully to ensure you understand our terms before purchasing any of our products or services.
Account Eligibility
By registering for and using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information provided during registration is accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities performed under it.
Dedicated IP addresses may require justification according to registry policies such as IRINN, ARIN, or RIPE. Changing the primary domain of an account may incur an additional fee.
Website Migrations
We offer website migration services as a courtesy. While we will do our best to transfer your website to our platform, we cannot guarantee the success or timing of migrations.
Free migrations are available for the first 30 days after signup. Transfers after this period may incur additional charges depending on the type of migration.
User Content
Users may upload or publish content through our services. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all content complies with applicable laws and this agreement.
HEROCLOUDS LLC does not actively monitor user content but reserves the right to remove any content or suspend services if violations occur.
Account Security and Systems
You are responsible for maintaining secure scripts, passwords, and permissions on your hosting account. Any abuse such as spam, brute force attacks, or unauthorized network access may lead to suspension or termination of services.
Billing and Payment
Invoices must be paid in advance of the service period. Services may be suspended if payment is not received within 2 days after the due date.
Fraudulent payment activity, chargebacks, or misuse of payment methods may result in immediate account termination and additional administrative fees.
Money Back Guarantee
HEROCLOUDS LLC offers a 30-day money back guarantee for shared hosting, reseller hosting, and VPS hosting services provided the account has not violated any terms of this agreement.
Prohibited Uses
The following activities are strictly prohibited on our network:
- Hosting illegal or copyrighted material without permission
- Spam or mass unsolicited email campaigns
- DDoS attacks or network abuse
- Hosting malware or phishing websites
- Operating illegal financial schemes
Backups and Data Loss
While we provide regular backups as a courtesy, customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups. HEROCLOUDS LLC cannot guarantee backup availability or data recovery.
Limitation of Liability
HEROCLOUDS LLC will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services including loss of profits, data loss, or service interruption.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HEROCLOUDS LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal actions resulting from the use of our services.
